Course Objectives To give an insight into the 3D engineering modelling. To develop a student's vision needed for designing and modeling. To give a guide on how to create and read technical drawings. To be able to process and understand the most important simulations. Learning of the most commonly used 2D drawing software (AutoCAD) and 3D modelling software SolidWorks in order to prepare the students for the future.
Textbook 1. Technical Drawing with Engineering Graphics, F. E. Giesecke, S. Lockhart, M. Goodman, C. M. Johnson, 15th edition, Pearson 2016 2.
