Course Objectives This required course complements, completes, and reinforces the instructional materials in LAW101, Introduction to Law I.
Textbook "Introduction to the Law, Jaap Hage and Bram Akkermans, Springer, 2014. Additional materials provided by professor "
Learning Outcomes After successful  completion of the course, the student will be able to:
  1. Demonstrate understanding of basic concepts of the law.
  2. Demonstrate knowledge about main branches of law.
  3. Develop skills in using legal terminology and analysis.
  4. Use and interprete sources of the law.
  5. Develop a deep capacity for critical thinking and legal reasoning on the law.
Teaching Methods Class discussions with examples. Active tutorial sessions for engaged learning and continuous feedback on progress. Individual assigments.
