Course Objectives This required course complements, completes, and reinforces the instructional materials in LAW205, Criminal Law I.

Learning Outcomes After successful  completion of the course, the student will be able to:
  1. Demonstrate understanding of basic concept of Criminal law.
  2. Recognize the difference between General and Special part of Criminal Code.
  3. Demonstrate understanding of definitions of criminal offences.
  4. Use and to interpret sources of Criminal law.
  5. Demonstrate knowledge of various forms of complicity, aim and different forms of penalties.
Teaching Methods Class discussions with examples. Active tutorial sessions for engaged learning and continuous feedback on progress. Individual assigments.
