Course Objectives

This course offers students the opportunity to develop an advanced understanding of the law governing commerce and finance in today's international market.

Learning Outcomes

After successful completion of the course, the student will be able to:

Understand ways in which businesses operate in an international framework.

Differentiate between the various sources of law that apply to international business.

Explain key issues businesses face in selected areas of international trade.

Dicuss strategies to mitigate the legal risks while maximizing the competitiveness advantages of firms along with sustainable development awareness.
