After receiving text of this book and after its careful reading and analysis, I conclude the following:
1. This book can be considered monograph.
2. Observed through history, when it comes to production, man is constantly striving for the realization of three important components:

Produce it for as short as possible time and
Certainly, to make product of good quality in all aspects of quality.
By recognizing aforementioned author Ph.D. Ismar Alagic with this monograph contributed to all of these aspects that have an impact on those components bearing in mind their mutual conflict. The text is offered with special attention to the application of Lean concepts and Six Sigma in the manufacturing processes of production system should enable the achievement of the best possible business results in the current environment. The author rightly states that for all these activities a trader needs to implement the realization of achieving better organization in every aspect of system and process lies in timely decision support and management.
3. Based on the analysis of the chapters in the publication I can state that the text of the book "Lean Manufacturing - Six Sigma" by Ph.D. Ismar Alagic, is one, in the local professional community, of the few texts that in such a comprehensive way handle generally observed quality management of production systems. The enclosed text completely covers the problems of the theory of managing the process of production, based on the concept of Lean and Six Sigma.
4. The author has managed to systematize his twenty years of professional experience (construction quality management system according to ISO 9001: 1994, ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO 9001: 2008) in order to simplify the implementation of this very complex issue and at the same management philosophy. Author gradually, rather systematically and thoroughly, present the production area of system quality with special focus on the automotive industry as well as in these examples of implementation of the Lean concept in the field of wood processing, and wood industry. From this aspect, it is expected that this monograph represent a significant contribution to the successful study of the organizational system of production, and implementation of mentioned concept Lean and Six Sigma.

By reading the text of this monograph I can conclude that the author Ph.D. Ismar Alagic invested a great effort, both literary and practical, into researches that he carried out and incorporated in this monograph and as such presented in the text represent the contribution to the development of theoretical and practical thinking in the field of organization of production based on the Lean concepts and Six Sigma reliability of all work processes and their participants with the possibility of its application in solving the current organizational and management problems in economic systems with the aim, among other things, raise competitiveness in this case the production system in BH.
6. Although this is a really complex matter, the author tried with large numbers of comments and examples of good practice to facilitate the reader monitoring and at the same time understanding the problems and benefits that can be expected by proper and systematic use of compliance with all necessary and prescribed steps. I hope that this monograph will be useful to different persons, students, staff in production systems at all levels not only in the areas of automotive and wood industries but beyond.
7. Monograph, in addition to the teaching process, can be used outside the educational process, the educational purposes of practitioners who are faced with the issue of production quality by applying the Lean concept, as global acceptance of the modern approach to production with minimal errors in the work processes.
