Course Objectives

Understand the basic concepts of organizational psychology - Understand the theory, research and practice in organizational psychology - Understand the basic principles of selection and evaluation of staff performance - Expand their understanding of motivation and leadership - Understand the performance analysis of employment and job descriptions
