Abstract

The authors are working on the empirical analysis of the role of information communication technologies in business and in their impact on business improvement company. In this research communication and Information Technology hardware refers to hardware and software components and its possible use in business operations as well as network and communication channels and possibilities for their application. This reserach paper want to determine the structure of entrepreneurs - managers in small and medium enterprises in Novi Pazar area, as well as the degree of implementation of ICT in their businesses.
