| Abstract | International University of Sarajevo has students carrying 22 different passports. On the other hand reasonable majority of its student are citizens of Turkey. Many of them begin their studies at IUS at the English Language School, having big majority of their classmates Turkish as well.In this study, I will try to identify how much are the Turkish students getting into Bosnian social life. Language barrier is one of those that hinder international students to be more actively involved in Sarajevo daily life. Instead majority of those students do stick to making close friends with people from their home country.This study is to check the connection strength among Turkish students at IUS, and how related is the strength with their English skills upon their arrival to Sarajevo and other factors. |
