Course Objectives The second part of Commercial law will explain specific isssues of commercial law and distinctive features of commercial contracts and negotiable instruments and exchange papers regulated by the legislations in comparative law. Following this introduction, specific commercial contract rleated to public procurement will be examined in detail. A second track od of course will cover the law of negotiable instruments.

Learning Outcomes After successful  completion of the course, the student will be able to:
  1. Understand basic concept of commercial transactions;
  2. Analyze the provisions of agreements important for trade and commercial transactions,
  3. Compare and distinguish the commercial agents,
  4. Recognize the legal protection provided by the provisions regarding trade mark and unfair competition
  5. Make comparisons between contemporary commercial forms and exchange papers
Teaching Methods Teaching will be delivered by lectures, tutorials, class discussions and videos. Lectures will provide you with an overview of the law and the key principles/issues relevant to particular topics. After each lecture, and before the relevant tutorial, discussed below, you will be expected to complete independent study including reading of literature, cases, and international legal materials.
