Course Objectives The goal of eduacation of insolvency law and law enforcement is to make the students the acquaintance of the fundamentals and institutes of the insolvency substantive law, law enforcement and their procedures.

Learning Outcomes After successful  completion of the course, the student will be able to:
  1. understand the fundamentals and institutes of enforcement law and insolvency law
  2. use the information about the fundamentals and institutes of execution and insolvency law to solve particular situations
  3. create independently some procedural acts (e.g. registration of claim) in ordered subject,
  4. bring up adequate proposal in an execution proceeding
  5. interpret insolvency law and enforcement law in accordance with the invariable judicial practise of the courts
