Course Objectives

"This course is designed to integrate and apply students’ knowledge and experience in the context of the development of Business Policy and the practical application of Strategic Management. "

Learning Outcomes

After successful completion of the course, the student will be able to:

Define and explain key concepts, frameworks, and theories in strategic management and business policy.

Describe the role of corporate governance, strategic leadership, and competitive advantage in organizational success.

Apply strategic management models and tools (e.g., SWOT, PESTEL, Porter’s Five Forces, VRIO) to real-world organizational scenarios and implement strategic decision-making processes to address complex business challenges.
