Course Objectives | The course aims at equipping the students with the knowledge of fundamental determinants of Contract Law - special part as a legal science and as a branch of positive law. The students will be able to understand the contemporary Contracts Law, its norms and principles, as well as specific types of nominate contracts | |||||||||

Teaching Methods | Teaching will be delivered by lectures, tutorials, class discussions and videos. Lectures will provide you with an overview of the law and the key principles/issues relevant to particular topics.
