Course Objectives
Course aims to refresh the knowledge about state and its functions with emphasis to public administration system, including its organizational and procedural aspects. Furthermore, the course analyses how are these theoretical aspects applied in practice in most influential administrative systems in the world and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Within the course framework the analytical knowledge will be developed for comparing various administrative systems and applying them to professional and scientific research and participating in reforms regarding public administration.
