Course Objectives MATH 100 is an entry level university course. It aims to prepare students in Economics/Management/IBF for their Calculus course while it provides basic analytical and computational skills for students in social sciences related programs. N.B.This course is a prerequisite to MATH101 only for Management, Economics, and IBF students.
Textbook In class notes.
Learning Outcomes After successful  completion of the course, the student will be able to:
  1. Understand basics of numbers and number operators
  2. Do basic algebra, factor and simplify polynomials and rational expressions
  3. Understand and solve equations.
  4. Understand and use functions.
  5. Understand equations of lines
  6. Understand quadratic functions and parabolas, circles
