Course Objectives
The aim of this course is to teach the basic knowledge and concepts of Turkish literature. The student learns syllable meter and aruz meter. Learns about folk poetry, Divan poetry and modern poetry. Reads stories and novels from modern Turkish literature. Gains knowledge about literary arts and literary movements.
