Course Objectives The aim of this course is to provide students with new and interactive way of looking at diversity, attitudes and job satisfaction. Focus of this course is to provide tools students will need to properly assess personality and values. This course shall enable students to obtain sound insights into: motivation concepts, power and politics and conflict and negotiation. In conclusion, this course shall prove useful in familiarizing the students with the critically important managerial concept of organizational culture, human resources (HR), organizational change and stress management practices.

Learning Outcomes After successful  completion of the course, the student will be able to:
  1. Explain the Organizational Behavior (OB) as Social and Behavioral Science and its connections with related scientific disciplines.
  2. Identify potential and challenges of Diversity in Organizations.
  3. Become familiar with concepts of Attitudes, Job Satisfaction, Personality and Values.
  4. Analyze Motivation, Power and Politics and Conflict & Negotiation concepts.
  5. Apply knowledge in assessing Organizational culture, Human resources (HR), Organizational change & Stress.
Teaching Methods The methods include lectures (which may involve power point presentation, video and audio aids) and class discussions.
